Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Lead (Wholesaler).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of two analysts and ensure efficient collaboration between Direct Supply and analytics teams
• Optimize team workflows and improve the efficiency of analytical tasks
• Develop methods to evaluate Lifetime Value (LTV) and build a prioritization system for onboarding hotels and apartments

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics and 1+ years of team management experience
• Proven experience in team management and mentoring
• Proficiency in SQL for data processing
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau for data visualization
• Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of statistical methods
