Appointment Setting Specialist

Position Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Work Hours: Monday – Friday: (10am – 2pm or 1pm – 5 pmEST)

Location: Fully Remote

Requirements:
• High-speed Internet, because slow is not an option
• Personal Computer (Mac or Windows) – no tablet/chromebooks, we need real power

Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, generate leads, and dominate the sales game
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit with our offerings
• Engage in persuasive and professional conversations to present product features, benefits, and solutions to crush client needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status, because precision is power
• Collaborate with the team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to achieving sales targets, because teamwork makes the dream work
• Continuously update knowledge of services and programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches, because winners stay ahead
