A/R Resolution Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an A/R Research and Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding insurance claims and resolve claim edits and denials while maintaining performance targets
• Conduct follow-up with payers and communicate with business partners through calls and web-based tools
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of payer matrices and SOP updates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in medical insurance or billing, or equivalent training
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Proficiency in using personal computers, particularly in a Windows environment
