Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitration Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for the arbitration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor arbitration deadlines and delegate work assignments
  • Review briefs for Level One approval and manage team performance
  • Facilitate training for new employees and resolve escalations from various stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma required; associate degree in business administration or health-related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience, including at least one year in anesthesia billing/posting/coding
  • Preferred one year of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Knowledge of arbitration processes and applicable state and federal requirements
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
