Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in a call center in a social services or health care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in project management plan development and updates
  • Manage performance to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and continuous quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in social work or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of child welfare experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with immigrant youth and underserved families
  • At least 2 years of call-center experience
  • Experience working with federal, state, or local stakeholder organizations
  • U.S. Citizenship
