Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to assist Project Managers and Country Managers in daily activities related to clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project-related meetings and create custom reports by analyzing data
• Coordinate multi-departmental timelines and maintain project-specific management tools
• Perform quality control reviews of project deliverables and track budget items against project scopes

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of clinical trials or healthcare preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
