AWS Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to enhance cloud security and protect sensitive healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and harden AWS infrastructure, including IAM and networking
• Implement secure Kubernetes patterns and operate security tools
• Collaborate with teams to automate compliance processes and address security questionnaires

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of security engineering experience focused on AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of SOC 2 and HIPAA frameworks
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Wiz, Snyk, and GuardDuty
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container security
