Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and possess expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.

Duties:

– Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans

– Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles

– Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members

– Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

– Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

– Maintain accurate l documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards

Experience:

The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

– Working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

– Behavioral health and therapy techniques

– Applied behavior analysis principles

– Data collection and analysis for treatment planning

– Special education practices and strategies

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
