Billing and Follow-Up Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Commercial and Government Billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage billing and follow-up teams to optimize accounts receivable resolution
  • Ensure compliance with financial goals and timely resolution of claims across all lines of business
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue recovery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in Revenue Cycle required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related leadership experience required
  • Healthcare experience required; experience in multi-hospital systems preferred
  • Preferred certifications include HFMA, MGMA, AHIMA, EPIC Certification, or Certified Professional Coder
