Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze billing claims for accuracy and completeness according to payer contracts and regulatory guidelines
  • Track, monitor, and report reimbursement trends, and compile detailed reports for strategic decision-making
  • Engage with third-party payers to negotiate reimbursement arrangements and mediate discussions between stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree with 6 years or no degree with 8 years of healthcare billing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools required
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines, preferred
  • Experience in negotiating and resolving reimbursement issues is advantageous
