Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to maintain financial health and operational efficiency through accurate billing processes and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and send invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile billing records with customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and provide exceptional service

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Prior experience with billing systems/software is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to billing practices is a plus
