Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support customer needs by interacting with IT groups and providing analysis for computer-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in acquiring and writing detailed business requirements for developed solutions
• Analyze EDI implementation guides and manage data mapping and transformation rules
• Provide support for analytic and reporting issues, and assist in metadata development of databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of healthcare information experience
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare EDI formats, specifically HIPAA 837 files
• Experience in creating functional and technical specifications and other systems documents
• Familiarity with software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall and agile-scrum
