A company is looking for a Business Analyst - IAM Directory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for select products and processes
• Create and maintain complex business flow diagrams and conduct timely reviews for routine updates
• Collaborate with developers and testing resources to ensure solutions meet requirements and to measure success

Required Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills for scoping and capturing requirements
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, PowerBI, LeanIX, Splunk, Excel, Visio, and Zoom Whiteboard/Mural
• Thought leadership in the identity space
