Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process workflows and analyze business requirements
• Configure and unit test software, primarily HealthRules Payor
• Support incident management and provide direction to the offshore configuration team

Required Qualifications

• Experience with HealthRules, Facets, AMISYS, or QNXT configuration
• Familiarity with debugging and testing concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including JIRA and SCRUM
• Possess a professional degree/diploma or equivalent work experience
