Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on business needs and project design
Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and training materials to support development and user adoption
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Application Development
Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy; familiarity with industry-specific systems is a plus
Preferred certifications include CBAP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-ACP or similar Agile certification
