Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in a CRO or clinical trials environment
• Experience in CRO, FSP, and Staffing business development
• Proven ability to generate new ideas and strategies for sales improvement
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
