Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Lead who can engage with operating partners and C-level executives at PE-backed firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm outreach to portfolio companies of engaged PE firms
• Prospect new mid-market PE firms and their portfolios
• Set up and sometimes lead initial meetings with prospects and PE operating partners

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in business development, consulting, or technical sales
• Experience with PE-backed companies or working with PE firms
• Strong understanding of modern software development and AI applications
• Expertise in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
• Experience using AI tools for business development
