Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts in the vocational sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call vocational accounts to generate new sales opportunities
• Qualify leads and set discovery meetings for account executives to contribute to pipeline growth
• Conduct outbound campaigns to identify potential partners and maintain accurate records in CRM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of experience in outbound business development or inside sales
• Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic research tools
• Experience or interest in vocational sectors such as transportation, logistics, or field services is a strong plus
