Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize existing data sources to create meaningful analysis of business trends for the Business Review
• Analyze data and report to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting and KPIs meet their needs and drive action

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Operations experience, with an understanding of restaurant systems
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Strong understanding of National Franchising Standards and business review processes
• Experience in producing effective data analysis and working cross-functionally
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply learnings to multiple workstreams
