Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Claim Examiner-WC (CA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigates and settles complex claims using independent judgment
  • Manages investigative activities and directs litigation strategy with legal counsel
  • Analyzes claims activity and prepares reports for clients, carriers, and management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-8 years of technical claims investigations/settling experience
  • Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements
  • Industry designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
