Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Intellectual Property Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and international patent disputes, including case strategy development and execution
• Conduct witness interviews, discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation
• Provide counsel on intellectual property strategies related to business and research initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Four years of experience practicing Intellectual Property law
• Preferred seven years of experience in U.S. patent disputes, particularly in biotechnology
• Trial experience in bench or jury settings
• Knowledge of molecular biology or related sciences is preferred
