Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies in collaboration with the VP of People
  • Oversee annual performance management cycles and employee engagement survey processes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is required
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable HR operations programs
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
