Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process across the Americas region
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruiters while managing strategic hiring efforts
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience hiring for Go-To-Market and senior-level roles
  • Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Lever
