Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support Services - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
  • Assist patients and providers with enrollment in assistance programs and provide support for prior authorizations
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while providing customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
  • Data entry experience with a typing speed of 30 wpm or more
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
  • Must reside in the same country where the job is located
