Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Maintenance Specialist - Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinical pharmacists in building and maintaining independent formularies
• Collaborate on residency program and support clinical pharmacy staff in report generation
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacy staff and other departments, and assist with formulary coverage inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; Licensed Pharmacy Technician required
• 5 or more years of pharmacy experience; PBM or healthcare experience is a plus
• Knowledge of drug names, general drug indications, and therapeutic drugs
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a corporate environment
