Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data and Analytics Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates team progress towards goals and improves performance metrics through Agile practices
• Eliminates impediments by engaging stakeholders and enhances team communication and relationships
• Nurtures a Lean-Agile mindset and supports culture change to improve business agility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum/Lean/SAFe practices
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) required upon hire
