Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Description Master Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Process CDM requests from clinical departments, ensuring correct coding and charging
• Identify root cause issues and escalate to management as needed
• Act as a subject matter expert, facilitating meetings and providing guidance on billing and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CDM Coordinator or in a similar role
• Coding certificate or clinical licensing/certifications (e.g., BSN, RN, LPN, RT, RCC, CRTT, RHIA, CPC, CCS, CIRCC)
