Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback Operations Analyst to support fraud monitoring and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve disputes within allowed timeframes
• Collaborate with relevant departments to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis
• Analyze data and account patterns to improve loss prevention mechanisms and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 1 year of experience in processing chargebacks or investigating fraud incidents
• Experience in data analysis and decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after training
• Availability to work through holidays
