Cisco FTD Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cisco FTD Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support to customers performing firewall upgrades using Cisco FTD
• Assist customers in navigating and using the automation tool for risk analysis and upgrade planning
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues and help interpret output and recommendations generated by the tool

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
• Hands-on experience with FTD/ASA upgrade processes and version compatibility
• Familiarity with FMC, CLI, and common diagnostics
• Comfort with exploring new automation tools related to risk analysis
• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
