Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist responsible for facilitating client engagement and managing the Valuation & Advisory service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the client engagement process by responding to requests and managing engagement opportunities
  • Maintain a database of appraiser information and track new engagement opportunities for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with other specialists to communicate changes and ensure timely submission of responses
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a revenue-generating business with engagement management support
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and web-based project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and meet critical deadlines
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
