• Manage and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting their professional development
• Lead or participate in internal and external meetings, providing strategic insights on brand and campaign objectives

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management
• Strong understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem
• Appreciation for creativity and industry innovations
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and flexible work environment
• Multiple languages are a plus
