Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships
• Proactively monitor ride performance and client satisfaction, addressing inquiries and service issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and conduct regular check-ins and business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in the NEMT or transportation industry
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms and analytics tools
• Knowledge of healthcare systems such as Medicaid and Medicare is a plus
• Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance standards
