Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to shape and sustain successful partnerships in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine partner playbooks to accelerate mutual success
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop new partnership models and strategies
• Manage the end-to-end partner journey, focusing on adoption, satisfaction, and long-term engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Strategic Alliances, or Customer Success, preferably in manufacturing or industrial tech
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to earn trust from partner executives and internal stakeholders
• Experience with digital transformation or industrial technologies such as predictive maintenance
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to develop scalable strategies
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch in a pre-product/market fit phase
