Clinical Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical engineering initiatives and manage the execution of the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP)
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance evaluations of technicians
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical engineering environment, with leadership experience preferred
• 2-year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience required; certifications preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of state and federal inspection agencies and ability to perform basic financial analysis
