Cloud Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Security Architect to assess and recommend security controls for cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of Azure service deployments and SaaS solutions
• Provide detailed recommendations and guidance to secure cloud architecture and configurations
• Review and evaluate network architectures with a focus on security best practices
• Assess and advise on containerization strategies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) from a security perspective

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cloud security architecture and Azure service deployments
• Strong knowledge of SaaS application security assessments
• Experience with networking security fundamentals: Firewalls, NSGs, SD-WAN
• Hands-on experience assessing containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001
