CLS Operations & Content Coordinator (Fully Remote, Part-time, 1099 | EST Preferred)

Anchored by CLS founder, Craig Siegel’s, high-impact podcast, transformative events, development programs and a values-driven community, we are looking for an Operations & Content Coordinator who thrives in bringing order to creativity, and who feels deeply aligned with the mission of helping people expand their potential and elevate their lives.
This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contractor role (~20+ hours/week) with potential to grow.
Availability during Eastern Time hours is preferred, and occasional evenings/weekends may be needed for live events or launches.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a purpose-led company, work closely with a high-integrity and fast-moving team, and be a core player in the evolution of our impact.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll bring structure and flow to our content, podcast, and backend operations ensuring every detail supports the bigger vision.
• Podcast Management: Upload, schedule, and promote podcast episodes across platforms like Buzzsprout and YouTube. Coordinate with guests, manage logistics, and maintain episode flow.
• Content Publishing: Create and post digital assets (graphics, timestamps, descriptions) for podcast episodes, masterclasses, and events.
• Process Optimization: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability across workflows.
• Guest Relations: Maintain communication with podcast guests and their teams before, during, and after recordings.
• Guest Research & Outreach: Proactively identify and recommend guests who align with our brand values and mission. Assist with initial outreach and vetting.
• Calendar & Task Coordination: Support scheduling for events, podcast recordings, coaching calls, and internal planning.
• Email & Community Communications: Support inbox management, post updates in our private communities, and communicate sensitive news with care and professionalism.
• Admin Support: Assist with CRM tasks (GoHighLevel or similar), Squarespace updates, payments, refunds, and backend logistics.

• You have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• You’re tech-savvy with tools like Buzzsprout, Canva, YouTube Studio, Google Drive, project management platforms, and possibly GoHighLevel or Squarespace. What you don’t know, you will proactively work to figure it out!
• You are a clear, professional communicator and know how to navigate sensitive transitions.
• You’re resourceful, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• You have some evening/weekend availability when events or special projects require it.
• You care deeply about mission alignment and working in a values-driven environment.

• Experience with GoHighLevel, Squarespace, or similar CRMs

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. This is a 1099 contractor role. Flexibility in hours, with core availability preferred during EST business hours.
This is a U.S.-based role. Candidates must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
