Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collection of delinquent accounts through calls and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch personnel, resolving inquiries and disputes
• Meet departmental and company goals while managing a high volume of calls

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting
• Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of related experience in accounts receivable preferred
