Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Staff Accountant to join their global finance team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger by posting journal entries and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
• Reconcile account balances, including bank statements and intercompany transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and adjusting entries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2-3+ years of prior experience in general ledger accounting
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite is a major advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Eligible to work in the US
