  • Maintains high customer satisfaction through a helpful and proactive service approach
  • Educates claimants on client requirements and directs inquiries to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduation or equivalent with experience in MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of TelePlus procedures and claim entry workflows
  • Customer service experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • At least one year as a Contact Center Agent I or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
