Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing communications in the Workday Platform
• Develop a strategy for candidate communication
• Consolidate communication into new templates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in content designing
• 5-7 years of experience in content reviewing
• Proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of Workday or HRIS system is a plus
