Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates using various methods including LinkedIn recruiter and job boards
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within adtech
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with ATS platform, Greenhouse
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
