Control Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an NBC Control Operations Analyst to assist with risk identification and compliance in HSA Custody services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor consumer accounts for compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Respond to partner and consumer inquiries regarding account status and unclaimed property
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new procedures as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Some understanding of the Custody Services Business
• Experience working across multiple business areas to deliver results
• Intermediate to advanced computer software literacy
• Goal-oriented with effective time management and prioritization skills
