Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage the accounting process for insightful financial reporting, including revenue cycle and expense management
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and lead monthly client meetings to provide insights and coach management

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
