CPA Licensed CPG Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPG Controller to strengthen financial operations and support growth across multiple retail food channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions, including financial reporting and cash flow management
• Optimize ERP systems for inventory and reporting, and manage software integrations
• Lead HR functions, including payroll administration and employee onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, particularly in CPG food
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel-based inventory modeling
• Familiarity with EDI systems and distribution through UNFI & KeHE
• Experience building finance functions in a growth-stage environment
