CPA Licensed Lease Administrator Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant to the Senior Lease Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate with Asset Managers to obtain necessary documentation for new leases
  • Prepare and review Acceptance of Premise forms and upload new leases and related agreements in Yardi
  • Assist Asset and Property Managers with leasing-related inquiries and maintain tenant packages
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, CPA License required
  • Latin honors (cum laude or higher) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yardi experience is a plus
