Credit Balance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Lead to work remotely in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve credit balances, ensuring accuracy in patient and insurance refunds
• Collaborate with other departments and manage client communications related to credit balances
• Develop training materials and mentor team members while overseeing the remediation of credit balances

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Leadership experience
• Thorough understanding of medical billing and insurance practices
• Experience reading EOBs and knowledge of hospital and physician's clinic cash posting processes
