A company is looking for a Credit Entity Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite loans involving credit entities and analyze financial statements and legal documents to assess creditworthiness

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience with a focus on credit entities and non-individual borrowers
  • Deep understanding of business structures (LLC, Corp, LP, Trusts) and documentation requirements
  • Experience with Non-QM products such as DSCR, P&L, and Bank Statement loans preferred
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems like Meridian Link or Lending QB
  • Strong compliance mindset with a commitment to high-quality work
