Required Qualifications

  • Completion of a 6-week training schedule, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm EST
  • Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with internet navigation and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to succeed in a structured virtual call center
