Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide personalized experiences for customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact
  • Educate customers about their annuity contracts
  • Utilize multiple systems to meet service level goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
  • Wired high-speed internet required (no Wi-Fi)
  • 8 weeks of paid virtual training
