Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager responsible for engaging and growing business relationships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and upsell/cross-sell services to existing accounts
• Develop sales strategies and maintain accurate account and opportunity plans
• Nurture client relationships and track project delivery while mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in selling/closing deals in consulting/IT services
• Experience in growing services business, including Consulting, Implementation, and Analytics
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong background in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
• Experience with C-Level client relationship management
